I use these shoes on my thoroughbred mare. My farrier has a tendency to let the toes get too long which my vet does not like. This shoe ensures that the toes get trimmed properly, and really has made a huge difference. Love these!!

The shoe was recommended to me by one of the top lameness vets in USA for my eventer-turned-dressage horse. I tried a US company-made version first due to cheaper price. However, it does not hold up to wear and tear. The Denoix/Vaillant shoes are extremely high quality material and beautifully made. My horse seems very comfortable and works very well in them.
A word of caution: these are NOT meant for wild and woolly horses. These shoes are tough to drop, but if they do get them off, it can wrench them more than typical shoe because of the amount of surface area. So take precautions to keep them on!
